Prize Patrol

EDITED TO ADD: I will have my daughter draw a name at 4pm EST on 11/7/06. So, if you haven't posted to this thread - do so before then. You won't want to miss out on the goodies!! Thanks to all of you who have posted - I've enjoyed reading what everyone is thankful for! I'm thankful for all of you who take the time to read my blog and post!! (((hugs))) to all of you - it makes doing this blog so worth it!! Ok everyone - get your post in!!

Well, my little ol' blog is going to hit 500 views here, so I thought I would celebrate!! :) I will be giving away a few goodies to someone (will have my oldest DD draw from the names of those who post). I've been lucky myself to have won 2 blog contests and would love to share 'the wealth' so to speak.

So, to be entered into the drawing...all you need to do is post in this thread what you are thankful for. I felt this was appropriate with Thanksgiving coming up soon.

Well - what are you waiting for??? Get to postin' !!! :D

Well, I guess someone has to be first. Splitcoastbloggers is one of the first sites I visit each morning. Thanks for keeping yours so up to date. Nothing worse than an out-dated blog. Yuck!! Have a wonderful Sunday.

I am thankful for the online blogs because I have just moved to Missouri and haven't met any new stamping buds yet to keep my artistic juices flowing.

Karen, what a neat idea! Congrats on nearing 500 views!!! I'm thankful for so many things, but without my good health, life would not be nearly as wonderful as it. So, I'm thankful for my health, so I can be thankful for everything else!

There is so much to be thankful for, my family, my friends, my health, my faith. But for me I am most thankful for the wonderful husband that I have been blessed with. He allows me to express my creativity in so many ways, whether with my stamping or decorating our home or even eating the dishes that I experiment with.

I found your blog thru 2Jills (I am Cheeks mommy).
Anyway I am thankful for my fiancee. In a way I am thankful for my exhusband, if he hadn't had decided he didn't want to be married any longer I would never had met the Bobster & I never would have had my wonderful son, Ethan. So not only am I thankful for the fiancee who puts up with my craziness & mood swings, I am thankful for my ex, for leaving me. LOL

Having lost both my parents this year, my youngest sister doesn't want to talk to me because she doesn't want to talk about it, my brother said some hurtful things to me. Two of my Mom's sisters are tired of listening to me. I was fired from my job in '03 after 28 1/2 years because I was disabled. It is hard to find something to be thankful for. When I stop to think about it, it would be Stampin Up, demonstrators in my group, Splitcoast, my creativity

So much in life to be thankful for!...1st and formost the health of my husband who just underwent triple bypass and is recovering well. The love of family and friends. A business that allows me to stay home, where I am needed. A GOD who is all loving and caring and sees through our faults and still loves us. Each day that I can take a breathe.

Congratulations on your 500th view! Just visiting your blog for the first time, and I must say it is awesome. Will be bookmarking it for sure.
I am thankful for so many things in this precious life we are given--all the usual health, family, husband, etc. Most recently I am thankful that I have found a creative outlet through stamping and met so many wonderful people on SCS who so willingly share their talents. I have learned so much!
Thanks, Karen! Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Hello, I just came upon your blog this morning, checking out the cards in the gallery at SplitCoast. I guess what I'm thankful for are people like you who share their beautiful cards with people like me who are rather new to stamping. I very much appreciate all the inspiration you and others have given me. Thank you so much!
