August Stamp Club Project #3

Here is the final project that the club members made last month. I wanted to do a quick Christmas card, so that if they wanted to they could start on their cards and at least have 1 idea to go from. I waited too long last year and ended up not getting cards out for Christmas - instead I ordered photo cards and they became New Year's cards. So, I'm determined to get mine done early this year!

I liked this color for a non-traditional Christmas card and thinks it works well with the DSP. The DSP has almost a shimmer to it and is very pretty. I used the sketch challenge from Stampin' Addicts - SASC23.

Supplies:
Stamps: Sparkly & Bright (pg. 41)
CS: Soft Suede, Whisper White, Christmas Cocoa DSP (Holiday Mini)
Ink: Soft Suede
Other: Stampin' Dimensionals

August Stamp Club Project #2

On to #2 of the cards that my club girls made. I again started with a sketch. This time I snagged a sketch over on Stampin' Addicts forum - SASC24. I like how easy the sketches are and can usually find one that will work with the set I want to use.

Things to Note:

-- Stamped image edges were sponged with Rose Red
-- SU! Top Note Die (Sizzix) was used on the Tall Tales DSP

Diva Inspiration Challenge #51

This week our inspiration was to come from the picture below. I loved the scroll-like look in this picture and decided to go with that. So, I grabbed my Baroque Motifs set because there is none better with the scroll design!

Below is the card I made. I used a sketch from Stampin' Addicts - SASC17. It was a nice simple design that allowed the scroll to be the main focus, which is what I wanted. I used some of the NEW In Colors as well.

Things to Note -
-- Crushed Curry and Rich Razzleberry In Colors used
-- New Razzleberry Lemonade DSP used
-- Edges sponged of the main image with Crushed Curry
-- Main image is lifted with Stampin' Dimensionals for added dimension
