Blogger's Challenge (Oct. 5th)
Woohoo! I'm actually posting the challenge on Friday!! I'll apologize now for the blurry picture - I don't know why I can't take decent pictures with my digital (HP Photosmart E327). If anyone has suggestions, I'm open to them. I can take other pictures just fine, but can not photograph my stamping projects.Anyway - our challenge this week was to create something with Orange & Black. Well, of course, first to come to my mind was Halloween. But then again, I tried to do something different. I will say - this was truly a challenge for me! I just kept thinking Halloween.
All Supplies SU! Unless otherwise Noted
Stamps: Flannel BG, Take Three
CS: Basic Black, Only Orange, VV
Ink: Only Orange
Other: Photo Corner Punch, Only Orange & Basic Black - SU Markers, Orange Ribbon (non-SU), and Black Polka Dotted Ribbon (non-SU)
Be sure to check out the other Blogger Challenge Players ----->
We also have a new member to our group Mary Jo - she followed along with our challenges a couple times, but she is officially now a Blogger Player too!!

Its a cute fall card. Love the bkgd you used.Sorry Im clueless abotu camera but did you press the MACRO button-the image looks like a flower-makes close up photos less blurry
Nicely Done. I like the use of the two different ribbons on your card. - We have an HP Digital Camera, I use settings:
No Flash, Macro for the exposure mode & Tungsten for the White Balance - Hope that helps. Ida
I love this stamp set. I have it, but really haven't used it much...your card has inspired me to whip it out again!
Very nice. I agree about the macro button and no flash. But the card is adorable.
Pretty! About the camera, I agree with everyone else--macro setting and no flash
Great card Karen! Wish I had some suggestions for your photos but I'm still learning how to use my camera.
I love the combination of the background stamp with the leaves!
Claudia
Very nice card, Karen! I like that polka dot ribbon!
Hey Karen~ I love checking out your blog for new ideas! As to the camera issues - mine has a setting for taking a picture of a document and I have used it to take pictures of cards. The macro setting should work as well - mine has a picture of a flower - try this.
